Appointment Booking Policy
Services at Boho Beauty are by appointment only. All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to book an appointment. This ensures a seamless booking process and helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service. The credit card on file may be used to process payments for services rendered or to cover any applicable cancellation or no-show fees, as outlined in our cancellation policy. Your card will never be charged without prior notification. Your card information is securely stored in compliance with industry standards and will only be used in accordance with our salon policies.

Cancellations
Boho Beauty understands that sometimes schedules change, and emergencies can happen. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Late Arrival
If you know you are running late, please call us. We will make every effort to accommodate, however if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your service if unable to complete it in the remaining time frame.  

No Shows
Forgot about your appointment? Here at Boho Beauty, we have a “three strikes” rule. This rule is in place to protect our staff and our clients. A first no show appointment will be charged 100% of the service. No future appointments will be booked until this fee is paid. If a second appointment is missed, you will be charged 100% of the service and required to put a 50% non-refundable deposit on any future appointments. If there is a third no show, client will be dismissed from Boho Beauty.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards can be used for all products and services at Boho Beauty. They cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, used for gratuities, or refunded. Boho Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards do not expire.

Payments
Boho Beauty accepts cash and all major credit cards for payments. Gratuities are welcomed via cash, major credit cards, or Venmo.

Right to Refuse Service
For safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Boho Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience and leave happy with the work we do. Please trust the judgement of our trained professionals.

Hair Extension Policy
Hair extension hair is non-refundable and cannot be returned. Full payment for the hair extensions is required before the order is placed. Extension hair should last at least three months with proper home care and the use of recommended hair care products purchased from our salon. We do not guarantee any extensions if proper home care is not followed.

Parental Consent for Minors
For clients under 18 years of age seeking services at Boho Beauty, a signed parental consent form must be completed and kept on file at the salon prior to the provision of such services.

Retail Exchange Policy
Retail products are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that returns for a refund are not accepted.

Service Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with your service or require an adjustment, please contact Boho Beauty within 5 days of your original appointment. Adjustment requests made within this timeframe will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable charges will be discussed accordingly. Requests made after 5 days will be considered a new appointment and charged at the full service price.
