Our Policies

Authorization to Perform Chemical Services: 
Any client under the age of 18 who requests that Boho Beauty provide certain hair, esthetics, or nail services which involve the use of processing chemicals must have a parental approval form on file at the salon before services will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:
Boho Beauty understands that sometimes schedules change, and emergencies can happen. If unable to keep your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Gift Card Policy:
Gift cards are good for all products and services. They cannot be redeemed for cash, used toward gratuities, used to purchase other gift cards, or refunded. Boho Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards do not expire.

Late Arrival Policy:
If you know you are running late, please call us. We will make every effort to accommodate, however if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your service if unable to complete it in the remaining time frame.

No Show Policy:
Forgot about your appointment? Here at Boho Beauty, we have a “three strikes” rule. This rule is in place to protect our staff and our clients. A first no show appointment will be charged 100% of the service. No future appointments will be booked until this fee is paid. If a second appointment is missed, you will be charged 100% of the service and required to put a 50% non-refundable deposit on any future appointments. If there is a third no show, client will be dismissed from Boho Beauty.

Payment Policy:
Boho Beauty accepts cash and all major credit cards. We do NOT accept checks. Gratuities are accepted in cash, credit card or Venmo.

Retail Exchange Policy:
Retail products are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that returns for a refund are not accepted.

Right to Refuse Service:
For safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Boho Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience and leave happy with the work we do. Please trust the judgement of our trained professionals.

Service Satisfaction Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your service or require an adjustment, please contact Boho Beauty within 5 days of your original appointment. Adjustment requests made within this timeframe will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable charges will be discussed accordingly. Requests made after 5 days will be considered a new appointment and charged at the full service price.
